Author bio

Charles Manceau is the owner of Venice restaurant (with three locations in Montreal and two more on their way on the South and North Shore) and many Montreal bars (including Boho, Clandestino, Paper Plane and Broken Coconut). This sports-addicted marathoner is also a lover of the Californian lifestyle and fan of healthy eating. La cuisine fraîcheur du Venice, which includes the recipes of the flagship establishment, is his first book.
