Summary

What is a flexible vegetarian? It means reducing the amount of meat and fish in your diet, choosing when to eat it or eating it only if it is organic. It’s being vegetarian, but inviting family or friends to the table without depriving them. It also means looking for more sustainable ingredients, respecting the planet, bettering your health, and even saving money.

In short, being a flexible vegetarian means adapting your cuisine to your needs.
